How do I book a villa at Jasa Eka Property?
You can check availability without obligation via our contact form or by sending an email to contact@jasaekaproperty.com. Our team will respond with a proposal within 24 hours. Upon agreement, you will receive an official rental agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation; the remaining amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Are the prices all-inclusive?
Yes, the rental price usually includes all costs: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. For some villas, you can arrange a private chef, butler, or extra daily cleaning for an additional fee. The exact specifications are described for each property.
Is it safe for my family? Are there child-friendly villas?
Absolutely. Many of our villas are specially designed for families, with fenced pools, cots, and high chairs available on request. Our projects in Taman Mumbul and Jimbaran are located in 24/7 guarded resorts, ideal for families who value safety. Filter by “child-friendly” or let us advise you personally.
What is the best time to visit Bali?
The dry season from April through October offers the most sunshine and the least rain. This is also the busiest period. We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance. The wet season (November-March) features short tropical showers, but is often quieter and greener, and prices are lower.
Is it safe to rent a scooter or car yourself in Bali?
Your caution is justified. Traffic in Bali is indeed very different from that in Belgium or the Netherlands. It is chaotic, people drive on the left, and traffic rules are often interpreted differently. Unfortunately, we regularly see tourists involved in accidents, often with serious consequences.
Our urgent advice: For your own safety, hire a private driver for the day or for your entire stay. This is very affordable in Bali (often €30-€50 per day) and gives you the freedom to enjoy the scenery without the stress of navigation or traffic.
Should you decide to drive yourself, an international driving licence is mandatory. Through Jasa Eka Legal, we can assist you with the correct documentation and insurance advice, but we strongly encourage you to use a local driver. Feel free to ask us to recommend a reliable driver!
